Group2Grow Programme helps businesses
Over 100 businesses have now benefitted from this peer network programme offered by Business Support programme Backing Essex Business, and with just 30 spaces left, could you be the next participant?
Group2Grow is a free peer network programme, that brings together businesses professionals from all across Essex to share challenges, experiences and solutions. In groups of 8-10 led by an experienced business coach, across eight 2 hour sessions, and 3 hours of 1:2:1 mentoring, participants discuss group chosen topics, working together and collaborating to gain insight into how to achieve their business goals.

The service which is fully funded by Essex County Council, has now been active for a year, with over 100 participants benefitting from the programme. From a variety of industries and with a host of different goals, we have been delighted to receive feedback on how the programme has impacted on the businesses involved.
84 new jobs have been created,
31 new products developed,
16 businesses have gone on to apply for funding or to innovate their business.
This is excellent news for all involved, and further reinforces the benefits of being a part of the programme.

The Group 2 Grow programme is now recruiting the final 5 participants of the year. Ideally suited to business leaders of businesses with over 5 employees talks, it is a great opportunity to talk through your barriers to growth, whilst meeting new people, and receiving expert advice. Sometimes it takes being out of the business to really work on the business, and this programme offers the space to do just that.
